Sims 3 How to Have a Baby With Two Guys
If you can use mods, NRaas Woohooer is your way to go. If you don't want mods, the only way is through engineering a baby in the hospital at Oasis Landing, which comes with Into the Future expansion.
For lesbian SIMs woohooer is all you need, for gay couples aside from woohooer you'll also need to grab male pregger morphs.

Wait, can I have lesbian Sims woohoo and get pregnant or does that require a mod?
As Haeloth pointed out earlier, you need nraas woohooer for same sex couple SIMs to get a chance at pregnancy. However as I also said, this also works for same sex male SIMs as well with the caveat that you'd need to download male pregnancy meshes at places like modthesims as the game doesn't come with male pregnant meshes/models as is. As an added bonus, woohooer along with Master Controller will also allow you to have hybrid SIMs which are a SIM with say Werewolf and Witch life states as one life state.

Cool. Do I just get the mod from the internet or is there a specific place I should go to? (I don't want viruses.) And is there an additional download I need in order for it to work?
Huh. I figured there was an adoption service for kids. Like what do child services even do with those kids?

Adoption is fine and dandy, but conceiving your own flesh and blood is still the best.

Uhm.. I think with a certain EP you can engineer a Baby in the Science Center.
And what if the OP doesn't have Uni Life EP, what then eh?
Clueless n00bs should never open their trap if they don't have anything helpful to say, don'tcha think? :P

On Sims I just adopt, makes no real difference to me ... or in RL.
That said: I saw a science special recently where they talked about it being possiible (in genetic engineering terms) to have two men have a kid with both their DNA because men carry the X and Y chromozones. They can do some kind of splicing or whatever to change a female's egg to be from one guy and use that to make a baby, one guy would have an egg created out of his DNA and the other guy would use the sperm. Though a woman would still have to carry the child...at least thus far in our RL technology. I know it's a bit off topic, but I thought that is pretty amazing and cool. Who knows, in another couple of decades?
